Robin Fledgling in the Yard, 07-04-18

Late in the afternoon, I could hear something peeping under my bedroom window, so I looked out and found a Robin fledgling sitting on the ground in the shade. When it saw me, it took off and flew up into the hackberry tree in the front yard. I went outside, found it in the tree, and took a few photos of it. It’s big enough to feed itself, but it’s still begging for food from mom.
